iTunes App Store Now Live

The new iTunes App Store has gone live with the iTunes 7.7 update today.

The App Store has over 500 apps, including loads of games for the iPhone and iPod Touch. There are 125 free apps available right now.

You'll not be able to install them on your iPod Touch or iPhone until you upgrade the iPhone/iPod Touch software to version 2.0, which is available on itunes tomorrow (11th July 2008).
